Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you Exchange.

 To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Each piece is meticulously crafted and designed specifically for you. To ensure the safety and quality of our products. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you Exchange.

 

Refunds:

We do not make any refunds.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be Exchange.

We do not offer refunds for normal wear and tear, such as superficial scratches, discoloration, or oxidation.

Consider your personal pH balance as higher acidity can tarnish gold-plated jewelry.

Exposure to water and sweat can also affect the jewelry and is not covered for exchange. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at anmary.vergra@gmail.com

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product contact us; anmary.vergara@gmail.com

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. From 5 to 8 days.
